Shipping:
Unless been told, most items are pre-orders. Based on what you ordered, each clothing piece is handmade, or screen printed just for you. The development of these items usually takes up to 1-3 weeks depending on what you order. Processing and completing packaging will take up to 7-9 business days. Your order will then be packed and posted to you address and will arrive around 3-5 days.
We are NOT responsible for stolen packages!!
Refunds:
When ordering make sure you select the right sizing, colours and the correct shipping address. Refunds will only be given on products returned in their original condition with the cost of postage and handling being the responsibility of the purchaser.
We also try and be as accurate with the colours of our clothing items that you normally see on terrortwins.com.au. The normal colours might not be seen depending on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your desktop screen is accurate for the colours.
